Returns
Returns can only be made in store with a valid proof of purchase at the following address.

Returns cannot be made to our delivery staff.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery with a valid proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns for frozen, chilled or fresh products.
Certain products such as tooth brushes cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Cancelling or changing an order
If you want to cancel or change an order please call 0207 243 1700.
Orders placed before 4pm can only be changed or canceled before 4pm.
Orders placed between 4pm and 7pm can only be changed or cancelled before 7pm.
Prices
Prices include VAT where applicable. The price does not include delivery.
Payment Methods
Goods must be paid for in advance on our website with a suitable debit or credit card. Our delivery staff cannot accept payment and do not carry cash.
Restricted Items
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol and other age restricted products such as certain medicines and energy drinks.
